Welcome to Kabbu Mart. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website kabbumart.com and every purchase from us. By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked on this website.

In these Terms, "Kabbu Mart", "we", "us" and "our" mean the proprietorship named above. "You" means any person who visits the website or buys from it.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase.
- The information you give us must be accurate, complete and current. We may cancel an order or suspend an account if it is false or misleading.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time passwords (OTPs) confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. What we sell and how we sell it
Kabbu Mart is an online store selling everyday consumer products such as home and kitchen items, decor, health and personal care products, electronics accessories, kids' toys, garden accessories, and fashion accessories. We sell these products as the seller, and we are not a marketplace for other sellers.
Some products are shipped from the warehouses of our partner suppliers, and some are imported goods. In such cases the dispatch may take longer, and this is stated on the product page together with the country of origin. Product pages also show the details required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, such as MRP, net quantity, manufacturer or importer and country of origin.
4. Product information
We try to describe every product accurately. Manufacturers may change packaging or minor specifications without notice. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, you can use our Return Policy. If we notice an obvious error in a price or description, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order with a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include GST, unless the page clearly says otherwise.
- Shipping charges and any Cash on Delivery (COD) fee are shown before you pay. By default, shipping is free above ₹499, a flat ₹59 is charged on other orders, and a COD fee of ₹49 applies where COD is available. The live values are always shown at checkout, and that total is the amount you agree to pay.
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and wallets through RBI-authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and pincodes. Payment methods may differ by order value and delivery location.
- Kabbu Mart never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password, as these are entered on the gateway's secure page.
- We issue a GST tax invoice for every order. You can download it from your account, and we also send it by email.
6. Order acceptance and cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, an unserviceable pincode or incorrect contact details, and we refund the full amount if you had paid. You can cancel an order free of charge before dispatch. See our Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the courier, the location and events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's terms apply, and we will help you to claim it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the website, or upload viruses or harmful code;
- use bots or scrapers to copy product data, prices or images without our written permission; or
- post reviews that are false, defamatory, hateful or infringe someone else's rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Kabbu Mart name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original photographs are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially use our content without our prior written consent. By submitting a review or photograph, you allow us to display it on our website and social media.
11. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, and features such as payments and courier tracking are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kabbu Mart is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, lockdowns, government orders, customs delays, courier network failures, or internet outages. If such an event continues for a long time, you may cancel the affected order and receive a full refund.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed, and continued use of the website after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory right to approach a consumer commission that has jurisdiction, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase on this website.
