How to Order

Shopping on Kabbu Mart is quick and simple, and works well on your phone. You can order as a guest or create an account. We deliver across India.

Step 1: Find your product

Browse categories such as Home and Kitchen, Decor, Health and Personal Care, Electronics Accessories, Kids' Toys, Garden Accessories, and Fashion and Accessories, or use the search bar. You can sort by price, popularity or discount and use filters to narrow the list.

Step 2: Check the product page

Read the description, specifications, photographs and customer reviews.
Check the price, the MRP and the discount. All prices include GST.
Look at the price history chart and the "lowest in 90 days" label to judge the deal.
Choose the size, colour or variant, if any.
Enter your pincode to see the delivery estimate and whether Cash on Delivery is available. Imported items and items shipped from partner warehouses may take 7 to 15 business days, which is stated on the product page.

Step 3: Add to cart or save for later

Select the quantity and click Add to Cart, or click Buy Now to go straight to checkout. Tap the heart icon to save the product to your wishlist. You can also ask for a price-drop alert, and we will inform you when the price falls to your target.

Step 4: Review your cart

Open the cart to change quantities, remove items or apply a coupon code. The cart shows the estimated delivery charge. Orders above ₹499 get free shipping, and a flat ₹59 is charged on other orders. The live values are shown at checkout.

Step 5: Checkout in one page

Contact: enter your mobile number and email address. You may be asked to verify your number with a one-time password (OTP).
Address: enter your name and delivery address. The city and state fill in automatically when you enter your pincode. If you need a GST invoice for your business, add your GSTIN.
Payment: choose how you want to pay.

Step 6: Choose a payment method

UPI (any UPI app).
Credit and debit cards.
Net banking.
Wallets.
Cash on Delivery, where available for your pincode and order value. A COD fee of ₹49 applies by default, and the live value is shown at checkout.

Online payments are taken on the secure page of an RBI-authorised payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. If you choose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Step 7: Place the order and get confirmation

Check the order summary, then click Place Order. After a successful order, you will see an order number (for example KM-2610-00001) and receive a confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If your payment fails but money is deducted, it is reversed automatically in 5 to 7 business days.

Step 8: Track your order

Use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number, or open My Orders after you sign in. When your order is dispatched, you will also get the courier name and tracking link.

Step 9: Receive and check your order

Please check the parcel when it arrives. We recommend recording an unboxing video, which helps if you need to report a problem. You can download your GST tax invoice from My Orders.

Step 10: Need to cancel or return?

You can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Please see the Cancellation Policy.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, wrong or not-as-described items. Please see the Return Policy.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after approval. Please see the Refund Policy.
