No. You can order as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partner. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders for a small handling fee.

Yes. Online payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways. We never see or store your card details.

Cash on Delivery is limited to certain pincodes and order values. Imported products are available for prepaid payment only.

Shipping is a flat ₹59 and is free when your order value after discounts is above ₹499.

Products shipped from our own stock usually arrive in 3 to 7 days. Imported products are marked "Imported - delivery 10-20 days" on the product page.

Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number. You will also receive updates by SMS and WhatsApp.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item or not as described.

Go to My Orders, open the order and choose Return. Select the item and the reason, add photos if you have them, and we will arrange the pickup after approval.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check the item.

You can cancel before your order is shipped. Open the order in My Orders and choose Cancel. Prepaid orders are refunded automatically.

Yes. A GST invoice is generated for every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you need to claim input tax credit.

Yes. We show the lowest price in the last 90 days only when our own price records prove it, and we never use fake discounts or countdown timers.

We use your details only to process orders and support you. You can download or delete your data any time from your account, as per the DPDP Act.
