We accept return requests, but an unboxing video is mandatory when requesting a return of a product.



We offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase for any item that is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain an exchange authorization number. Exchanges without a valid exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Once we receive the exchanged item and confirm it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will ship the replacement item.
