Refund Policy:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return and provide an unboxing video as proof of the product’s condition.
  • Refunds are applicable for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the unboxing video.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Your product must be returned within 15 days after accepting the return request.
  • If approved, the refund amount will be initiated within 7 days after receiving the product. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies. 
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
